How it works: Open “Jobs / Scheduling”, accept a job, complete to standard,
then mark complete and upload required photos.
Quality Standard
Turnover-ready
Unit must be guest-ready with no re-clean needed.
Required photos
Kitchen, bathrooms, beds, living/common areas, entry (if applicable).
Damage: 1 wide + 1 close-up.
Issues / Damage
Report immediately with a short note + photos.
Confirmations
Job confirmation
Confirm acceptance + ETA. When finished, confirm “Job completed” + photos sent.
Emergency: Leave the property and call 911.
SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
Quick rules everyone follows:
- Arrive on time. If delayed, message ETA immediately.
- Follow checklist. Do not skip rooms.
- Do not remove owner/property items.
- Report damage immediately with photos.
- Final walkthrough before leaving + required photos.
Safety
- Never mix bleach with ammonia or acids.
- Wear gloves/eye protection when using chemicals.
- Use proper lifting techniques; ask for help if heavy.
- If you feel unsafe, leave and contact management.
- Emergency: call 911.

Upload photos in the Job Board flow after marking completion (your current workflow).
